To make the Start menu or screen, the taskbar, and the action center transparent, set the “Make Start, taskbar, and action center transparent” setting switch to the “On” position. If set to the “Off” position, these items will be black.
To make your accent color appear on the Start menu or screen, the taskbar, and the action center, set the “Show color on Start, taskbar, and action center” setting switch to the “On” position.
